Today i wrote about the Cultural characteristics of Galveston that make it vulnerable to Hurricanes

When hurricanes land in highly populated areas they have a huge affect. Galveston is a large city that in 1900 had a population of 37,789, which is one reason why the death toll (between 6000 and 10,000) was so large.

film music

I still understood the story  even though there was no dialogue, The music helped me know if the film was happy, sad or exciting. I particularly remember the scene where the snowman died (melted) and the music was sad.

Health physical well being

Today I learnt about physical well being/taha tinana and how it is important to have all four walls healthy.
My physical well being is in good shape. The things that I do to look after my taha tinana is look after my body by eating healthy food, exercise and drink lots of water.
The things that I could do better for my physical well being is to do more exercise by dancing,  jumping and using the treadmill.
This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I need to work on.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1t31XIcRjN0OiTRc1C-POcNE8pmAHSGxWub-wO0QJHTk/edit

Yes today I learned how to rock cut onions. I got a green knife and rocked as I cut the onions.
I put the oil in the bowl and by accident I put the vegetables in with the oil . We cooked the mince until it was nice and brown and we boiled the Pasta. Then we cooked the onions and peas and corn in the frying pan and we stirred it round.  Than we added the past sauce with the onions the pees and corn and the mince and we mixed it all together.
